What customers say?

“ I have been coming here for years now and it never dissapoints On the anatolian side, this is unquestionably the best ramen restaurant! I customized my ramen, had one with tantanmen broth, and its noodles and toppings were amazing. The first spoonful had my knees weak. I also ordered gyouza with meat (no photos because I ate it immeditely) and it is a must-have, inside juicy and outside crispy. The staff is attentive and kind. Loved the atmosphere of course. Def recommend. Thank you so muuuch!!! ”

“ Sometimes really good, sometimes okay. Some days the broths like the miso garlic broth have a deep and lovely flavour, sometimes (especially if the place is crowded) they lack flavours. If the broth is good it's great, if it's not it's pretty bland. Same goes for the chashu: on a good day it's soft like butter but on others chewy. So your ramen really depends on the day they have. The katsu is very nice. Service is nice and the side dishes are tasty. A big plus is that they have many vegan options. ”

“ I had the garlic and miso based ramen with extra cured eggs. Broth tasted a bit too light at first sips but it got tastier as the meal went on. Noodles were slightly on the firmer side which was better compared to other ramen i had in Istanbul. Cured eggs were great. The only thing i did not liked very much was the Chashu meat. It tasted bland compared to the overall bowl of ramen. Meat gyoza was pretty good, juicy and little crispy at the bottom. Overall, I enjoyed the meal. ”
